In March of 2005 David transferred to Tallahassee, Florida as a mediator and in July of 2005 he was promoted to Director of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Unit of the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida where he managed a very successful Court Based Mediation Unit. He retained that position until his retirement for State Government in October, 2011.
